About the role

We’ll be looking for you to support our clients by handling their queries as efficiently and quickly as possible. We expect you to provide excellent customer service, whilst juggling a number of administrative duties and ensuring data is accurately saved, whilst supporting the office in a variety of tasks.

Requirements

You’ll be a confident communicator with the initiative and confidence to build strong professional relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. When we meet, you’ll be able to talk about your experience using Microsoft Office and demonstrate your diligent approach to learning new tasks and being detail-oriented. Previous experience in administration or finance would be beneficial but isn’t essential. Enthusiasm, positivity, and a focused approach to learning new skills are essential behaviours for this role.
