Our Investment Banking division provides independent advice on M&A, debt advisory, financial restructuring, and capital markets transactions, having advised on over 300 deals for a total volume of €33bn in the last two years. We provide M&A advice to our clients globally, including advisory in acquisitions and divestments, domestic and cross-border, mergers, strategic alliances and joint ventures. Also, public takeovers and defense advisory, valuations and fairness opinions, spinoffs, carve-outs and de-mergers, leverage buy-outs and management buy-outs and buy-ins.

About the role

Our Analyst Programme is aimed at students in their final year of university education or recent graduates with less than one year of working experience. Our programme has been designed specifically to offer Analysts a broad exposure to a range of Investment Banking projects. Your development will begin with an induction to the bank, culture and your business area, a development scheme and technical training tailored to the needs of your business area. Personal development programmes will teach you the value of teamwork, problem solving, influencing, communicating and resenting, and you’ll be supported to gain relevant professional qualifications.

Requirements

  • Strong academic track record
  • Minimum AAB (or equivalent at A-Level) and on track for 2.1 or higher
  • Demonstrated interest in Investment Banking
