About the role

  • Support end to end development and deployment of the vapour consumables cycle plan working with cross functional teams, including;
  • Generation of relevant briefs (packaging, product, research)
  • Engagement with internal stakeholders to assess feasibility and costing
  • Problem-solving and engagement with markets / central teams when challenges arise
  • Product/Mix validation and artwork approvals
  • Ownership of overall timeline and on time delivery
  • Support Brand Manager with development of claims, product stories and inputs for activation toolkits
  • Support Brand Manager with portfolio management and simplification initiatives
  • Support Brand Manager with internal presentations / reporting
  • Support internal engagements and events to showcase the category and brand
  • Support Brand Manager with budget tracking
  • Support Brand Manager with performance analysis, market landscape and competitor insights reviews
  • Develop a rich understanding of the Vuse e-liquids portfolio – open and closed

Requirements

  • University Degree: Business, Marketing, Product Management/Design, Food Science
  • Optional: Work experience within Brand Marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
  • Consistently uses his/her initiative and is driven;
  • Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage time and tasks efficiently;
  • Ability to operate in a team whilst being results-oriented;
  • Ability to work collaboratively within diverse cross-functional project teams
  • Written and spoken fluency in English (proficiency in another language is desirable).
