More than 180 of our consultants advise on buildings and projects throughout the UK with regional offices in England and Scotland (across 13 offices) and further resource for coverage throughout Europe (across 70 offices).
About the role
“As a sandwich placement student on the building surveying pathway you will receive the same exposure as a Graduate. You will gain experience across all disciplines of Building & Project Consultancy including technical due diligence, dilapidations, building surveying projects, project management, neighbourly matters and planned preventative maintenance. Through undertaking of building surveys, dilapidations inspections, project progress site visits and client meetings, together with the preparation of reports, dilapidations assessments and the design and specification of tender documentation, no two days are the same”.
