We are looking for future problem solvers and collaborators to join our fast-growing, dynamic and innovative company. We will empower you from day one and give you the autonomy and responsibility you need to solve problems for yourself. You will be given genuine development opportunities and continued support, giving you the building blocks for a successful career here. As a result, our graduates feel empowered, along with the other 16,000+ employees of our bold and brilliant business.

About the role

Your responsibilities will vary depending on placement but generally, in this programme, you will be working hands-on within the business, conducting practical project focused work to improve processes and procedures and generating new ideas. You will be involved in managing small to medium-sized projects in various business areas. Most importantly you will learn about all aspects of the multi-national FTSE 100 business in order to appreciate what makes us a leader in the fast-paced, ever-changing technology world.

The greatest learning & development opportunity that this programme provides is through engagement with a large variety of rotations. It is an amazing opportunity to immerse yourself in four completely different areas of our business and therefore learn from, and with, a variety of different people. You will be supported throughout your placements by fantastic teams and with personal targets and development plans set by your managers. In addition to all of this, there is also an array of learning & development opportunities available to all graduates here at Ocado, for example, a negotiation training course and a presentation skills workshop. You will also be given the opportunity to enrol on an accredited Project Management qualification during your programme.
