Our Capital Allowances department is a well-established specialist team with over 50 years combined experience in providing professional added-value advice to a diverse range of clients in both the UK and overseas.
The current team features professionals from legal, accounting and surveying backgrounds, advising on all areas of Capital Allowances Consultancy across acquisition, development, ownership, occupation and disposal of property assets.
About the role
You will be in a fixed seat where you will learn about a variety of areas within Capital Allowances Consultancy from industry experts.
“As a graduate on the taxation allowances pathway, you’ll be involved in all aspects of Capital Allowances Consultancy. This can include: due diligence on property transactions; advising on capital allowances contract matters; measurement and quantification of buildings; undertaking detailed site surveys; analysis of construction costs, design and specification; undertaking land valuations; attending client meetings; preparation of reports; liaising with HMRC and the VOA on clients’ behalf.”
