About the role
Two years. Four awesome rotations across Commercial, Marketing, Product Development and Digital. Along the way, you’ll get lots of frontline experience with engineers and customer service gurus, as you help to craft propositions, develop online journeys, launch new products, build key strategies, and create award-winning marketing campaigns.
The journey starts in London. But don’t be surprised if other great cities come calling as well (Manchester and Birmingham, we’re looking at you). By the end of the scheme, you’ll have built up strong commercial awareness and communication skills. You’ll also have a pretty good feel for what makes our customers tick.
Massive amounts of enthusiasm, especially when it comes to understanding our customers, using data, and understanding marketing and commercial decisions. You’ll back this up with a savvy head for business and the confidence to showcase your skills and creative ideas to our senior leaders.
You also need a 2:1 or above. But it doesn’t matter what subject – it’s your qualities we’re interested in not your specific qualifications. We’re 100% committed to having a workforce that represents every part of our society. So we’re keen to hear from candidates of all background and circumstances.
