About the role
You would be joining a brand new team with a number of new graduate -level starters, so it is an exciting time to join the marketing team at the business. The aim of this role is to identify opportunities for Digital Marketing campaign trials and manage their performance to maintain a de-risked portfolio and maximise Return on Spend. While you would be partly responsible for the day-to-day marketing function of the business, your primary focus would be on researching and analysing new opportunities to inform future strategy.
Requirements
- Be a graduate of any degree discipline, provided you have demonstrable experience of digital marketing techniques
- Be data driven and have the ability to spot trends and patterns
- Be able to show examples of copywriting for a specific audience or in advertising
- Have a passion for the Digital Marketing industry and show a genuine interest in how their work will impact the business
- Make decisions based on evidence and statistics
- Have a positive, can-do attitude towards work and be able to work in a team.
- Knowledge of popular platforms (e.g. Adwords, Bing ads, Facebook Business Manager etc.)
- Knowledge of different bid strategies and campaign optimization techniques
- Strong reporting skills and ability to communicate results with non-technical audiences
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to use Excel.
