About the company

Our purpose is to enable health and social care organisations to achieve the best possible outcomes for their people and populations. Think of us as an internal consultancy and business services for the NHS. When things get complicated we provide flexible and cost effective ways to access specialist skills and expertise to help prevent people getting ill, tackle health inequalities, strengthen workforces, improve care outcomes for major conditions and create patient experiences designed around the people who use them.

About the role

  • Psychometric profile
  • Mentoring from a senior leader
  • Masterclasses
  • Action based, hands on learning
  • Pastoral support
  • Opportunities to work with wider NHS

At the end of the scheme, we aim for you to be able to move into a more senior post.
