About the company
Colleague Box is a family run business set up during lockdown to help companies stay connected to colleagues whilst working from home or on furlough. We thought that the UK home workers would love to receive a nice pick me up in the post and so Colleague Box began. Since starting out we’ve gone from offering one gift box to having a collection of over 27 gift boxes to choose from. We’ve gone from working from our home to operating in a warehouse and office in Derby and from selling one box to 46,000 in the space of 5 months!
About the role
We are a rapidly growing business so we are looking for someone who can work alongside the CEO and Creative Director to help drive sales and create exciting marketing campaigns. Our business is all about spreading positivity and we want to create that in our workplace too.
Requirements
• A self-starter who can work both independently as well as part of a team
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and sales technique
• Somone with ambition who can help realise the opportunity that the business has to grow
• Someone to grow with the business.
