About the Role:

As an Operations Management Graduate Trainee you will enjoy an 18 month programme that will culminate with your appointment into one of our UK based Operational departments within a Supervisory or Specialist role.

You will begin your career learning our policies, practices and systems, and how to provide “best in class” service to our customers. Once you have mastered your service technique, we will train you in the skills required to be an effective Team Leader and you will take responsibility for a team of your own.

During this stage of the programme you will also be given the opportunity to experience the variety of roles that exist across our operational teams by spending time rotating through our Verification, Payments, Fraud and Risk and Technical Support teams. These rotations also give you the opportunity to build your networks and impress the management teams.

Once you are competent as a Team Leader and your rotations are complete you will train as either a Supervisor or a Specialist in one of the teams you have visited as part of your rotation. Once this training period is over you will be appointed into that role to continue your journey with bet365 having successfully completed the Operations Management Graduate Programme.

As with all of our schemes you will be mentored by a Senior Manager throughout your journey to ensure the most suitable options are made available to you.

Requirements:

We are looking for ambitious graduates with a recent degree (within the last three years). Applicants must hold or be expecting a 2:2 and above in a relevant discipline for our Operations Management programme. Please note that all of our Graduate roles are full time, working any 5 days from 7 including weekends and bank holidays. In return as a Graduate Trainee you are guaranteed to receive excellent personal development opportunities and a competitive salary.
