We’re looking for someone to join our Europe Net Revenue Management Insights Team who can develop & embed ‘game-changing’ capabilities that help us make better, more consumer centric revenue management decisions across the enterprise. A classic ‘integrator’ role, successful delivery will require extensive collaboration across multiple functions, categories, BUs and agency partners. Providing exposure to senior stakeholders across PepsiCo, the role offers either a great role for a high caliber individual from an agency / consultancy background or a broadening critical experience for an internal candidate looking to expand their functional and business footprint. In either capacity, the role provides an excellent foundational experience for more senior leadership roles within the organization.

This role is part of the wider Europe Insights & Analytics Centre of Excellence and Shared Services team, reporting directly into the Senior Manager, Europe Net Revenue Management Insights.

About the role

Our large portfolio of brands, across an even wider number of markets, means systematically identifying, validating & evaluating consumer centric revenue management opportunities is critical to accelerating future growth.

You’ll be reporting to the Senior Manager, Net Revenue Management Insights for Europe and your remit will include identifying & realising opportunities that step-change the delivery of consumer & shopper centric insights into our teams across the region. As a consequence you’ll be responsible for projects which include:

  • High organizational agility to navigate a complex, networked organization
  • Strong business acumen with a “commercial first” mindset
  • Embraces change and ambiguity
  • Inclusive, collaborative with global empathy
  • Leadership and influencing skills; adept at storytelling and
  • not afraid to stand alone regardless of position and level
