About the role
- Develop growth strategy and full year plan to drive sustainable growth for overall Dog Segment in China
- Deploy longer-term Innovation strategy and pipeline of Dog and Natural Segment Brands (Pedigree/Cesar/Nutro), through intensive local consumer immersion and global innovation center; and ensure NPD delivery
- Following S&OP+ planning cycle to ensure the topline opportunities well captured and quick response to the Market dynamic (by period);
- >5 years brand marketing or digital marketing experience,
- Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration
- Data analysis and presentation skills
- Pet owner is preferred
