About the role
As a member of the China Strategic Consulting team, to develop and expand the firm’s strategic consulting capability in local market, improve its service delivery to support and enhance the firm’s business in China. Strategic Consulting’s goals are to develop and deliver best practice in development consulting, to generate downstream business for the region and to assist in promoting thought leadership amongst Jones Lang LaSalle and its clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in written and spoken English & Mandarin. Equal emphasis on spoken and written English.
- knowledge or experience in one or more of the following areas:
– Major development projects; feasibility analysis and /or master-planning
– Property related management consulting
– Property finance and investment analysis
– Strong Data analytic skill and interpretation
