About the role
Our 10-week summer internship Xplore programme is a fantastic opportunity to gain an insight into our business. You’ll work on real-life, impactful projects that make a genuine difference to our customers. We’ll train you while you work so you don’t need to have a finance background to join us; in fact we welcome applications from all disciplines and our previous interns studied many subjects from Mathematics to Modern Languages.
Requirements
It doesn’t matter what degree you’re studying. What does matter is that you bring a curious mindset, along with superb problem-solving skills. We look for people who thrive in a collaborative environment so you’ll work well with others, but you’ll also be focused on growth and development – both yours and ours. You’ll have strong maths and numerical skills and you’ll be keen to develop skills in coding, structured analysis and influencing skills.
