Supply Graduate Programme at ABInBev

About the company

At Budweiser Brewing Group UK&I, Challenge Accepted isn’t just a phrase; it’s a mindset. That’s because we are the world’s largest brewer, with iconic brands like Budweiser, Stella Artois or Corona.

We are a team of curious individuals who see every challenge as a new opportunity to do something incredible. We are resourceful people who thrive under pressure and take ownership of our success. Because we are owners, we take results personally. We dream big, take on new challenges and push the boundaries of what’s possible.

About the role

As a Supply Management Trainee you will cover the entire supply chain from farm to fridge – it’s where we combine growth, service and cost to give us a competitive advantage.

You will be based in our breweries or logistics operations, where you will have hands-on experience in producing the beers we are famous for, learning first-hand both the technical and practical challenges that affect different departments, including Logistics, Quality, Packaging, Brewery Operations and People – so we can make positive changes to the way we brew and produce beer, source the ingredients, and deliver to our customers effectively and efficiently.

The 6 month programme is designed to build your leadership, project and general management skills, and you will have opportunities to help improve the way we work. As the programme is focused on the supply chain process, you will complete projects in several of our 2 breweries in UK with a final position in one of these locations.

You will fit in best if you have an entrepreneurial spirit, be results-driven and have undertaken some form of leadership position either inside or outside of university. You also need to be fluent in the native language of the country you wish to work in, and English, to be eligible for this programme.

You should graduate (before September 2021 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor, Masters (or equivalent) degree from any of the following disciplines: Engineering (ideally Chemical, Mechanical, Production or Electrical), Natural Sciences (e.g. Physics, Chemistry, Bio-Sciences), Brewing or Food Science or Supply Chain Studies. You should also have no more than 2 years of professional experience (internships/volunteers/student jobs not included).
