Strategic Advisory work with clients to understand their issues and create innovative, ground-breaking solutions. We start with the issue, rather than an end point, and look to work with stakeholders to fully understand all the drivers and generate a range of solutions. Although we are part of a construction and consultancy business, many of our solutions don’t involve buildings and we work with a wide range of clients from across industries.
About the role
Our 10-week summer placements offer undergraduates who are in their first, second or penultimate year of university, practical work experience to support their studies over the summer break.
After completing a one day induction at our head office in London, you will be placed on a live project where you will put what you have learned at university into practice under the guidance of industry leading professionals.
During this Strategic Advisory Placement, you will work closely with clients and consultants in your team delivering strategic projects at the front end of the project lifecycle. As part of this role, you need to be flexible in your thinking, transferring between innovative ideas to analysing complex data. You will learn how data management and best practices, governance, processes, and modelling can drive significant efficiency and tangible cost savings for our clients.

- First, second or penultimate year undergraduate
- Grade 4/C in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent qualifications)
- Evidence of significant extra-curricular activities that demonstrate drive and excellent interpersonal skills
- A passion for a career in the construction industry
