About the role

We’ll look to you to assist our Clients to provide a high level experience in the domains of foreign exchange (FX) and business payments. You’ll be responding to clients via email, as well as over the phone to solve their inquiries, and making sufficient notations with Salesforce, our customer relationship management (CRM) software. In addition, you’ll be comfortable working within a metrics-driven environment within a financial services firm.

Requirements

For such a detailed-oriented role, you’ll have one to two years of experience in financial services sector industry. A university degree in finance or business is a plus. You’ll be analytically minded and be comfortable talking to people within a professional capacity. You will have demonstrated an ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and have influenced them through your career. You will be a strategic thinker and be analytically minded in your approach whilst remaining able to manage change at the individual level.
