About the role

This role is the go-to person for understanding market, category and performance insight across the eCommerce channel, providing quick and easy solutions which combine and share a wealth of information and data sources, whilst constantly seeking out new opportunities, solutions and tools to develop additional knowledge. In addition, the role will directly support the Category Development team, working with our key retail customers to deliver category sales growth.

Requirements

  • Analytical thinking and visualisation expertise – ability to seek out and analyse relevant information and data, and integrate learning from multiple sources, including Nielsen, Kantar, and retailer data. Understanding of data analytics and visualisation software e.g. PowerBI, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management – ability to plan and manage projects to completion and be comfortable co-ordinating and influencing multiple stakeholders
  • Aptitude to learn fast and coach others – able to absorb and integrate new facts and methodologies, as well as coach others to learn and develop
  • Focused and proactive – attention to detail, with ability to spot potential problems and proactively plan to avoid them in advance.
