About the role
As a placement student, you will be fully immersed in the Talent Acquisition team within HR from day one, making a meaningful contribution to our team’s ambition of identifying, engaging with, upskilling and recruiting the talent for our internship and graduate programmes. You will play a key role in delivering on our strategic recruitment aims through your support with day-to-day tasks as well as having the opportunity to deliver standalone projects as your placement with us progresses. Your work in the team will ensure you build your HR and Financial Services knowledge as well as developing key transferrable skills that will be vital as you embark on your career after graduation.
Requirements
- You should be currently studying for a degree requiring an Industrial Placement and on track to graduate in summer 2024. Your specific degree subject is less important, but you should be able to demonstrate a keen interest in a future career in Human Resources.
- A highly motivated individual who shares our values.
