About the role
1. Learn and master basic knowledge of real estate and sales skills, provide customers with professional new house consulting services;2. Get insight into customers’ house purchase demands, accurately match housing listings, and form professional home purchase solutions to help customers successfully purchase homes;3. Cultivate and establish high-quality professionalism, and establish good cooperative relations with customers;4. Learn to master data analysis and research skills, and output analysis and research reports through market analysis and real estate research.
1. 2021 graduates with a bachelor degree or above, no major limitation, prefer students with marketing background.
2. Strong learning ability, able to quickly master basic real estate knowledge and real estate sales skills;
3. Good communication skills, able to stand in the position of customers and establish good relationships with customers;
4. High self-demand, set high performance standards and take the responsibility for successfully completing work or tasks;
5. Good anti-stress ability, stay focused, strong sense of purpose, firm will, able to respond to and deal with customer requirements in diverse scenarios;
6. Be honest and trustworthy, and jointly create a platform for customers to rest assured, forming a positive cycle of industry and brand.
