About the role

Administration lead for large on site project.

  • Creating, Tracking & updating project timelines (Via Microsoft Project or Microsoft Excel)
  • Keeping detailed action logs and holding action owners accountable
  • Track, monitor & report project spend (Including filing purchase orders and invoices)

Requirements

  • Detail orientated and organised individual
  • Quick at picking up new software/Proactive at using the internet to look up things they don’t know
  • Competent with Microsoft office, including excel
  • Confident people person
