About the role
Main responsibilities:
- Support to manage the development and execution of strategy for medium voltage offers line of business to drive long-term transformation
- Extract business / market insights via interacting with front office marketing of key countries
- Synthesize into data dashboards and reports, to have regular discussion with internal marketing team, supply chain and other key stakeholders
- Deep dive on strategic projects, e.g. digital R&D, agile adaptation, etc., with external best practice benchmark, and develop corresponding execution plan
- Facilitate to work on talent competency assessment and support the overall expertise and knowledge transfer program
- Support on other ad-hoc strategic studies, and internal meeting/workshop preparations
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in marketing / management / engineering /science; relevant education background and MBA preferred
- 2-5 years’ experience in management consulting or in-house strategy in industrial business; other experiences like sales, marketing or business development will be a plus
- Solid problem-solving skills, fact-based, data-driven and highly logical-thinking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Skills in other data processing tools, e.g. Power BI and Tableau will be a plus
- Strong ownership and self-motivation, credible in delivering results
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, proven stakeholder management skills and multi-cultural experience will be a plus
- Fluent English (both verbal and writing), French speaker will be a plus
