About the role
- Provide an exceptional level of customer service to schedule meetings as well as maintaining and building on existing relationships.
- Enhance and develop existing relationships in pursuit of new advice opportunities to increase business level.
- Focus on delivering long term relationships that deliver value to the client.
- Training and exams to achieve Diploma and Chartered level qualifications and detailed knowledge level.
- Learning of office processes to complete advice to a compliant level.
- Outbound telephone calls to schedule meetings and grow client base.
- Generate and research leads for prospective clients.
Requirements
- A successful candidate will achieve at least a 2:2 in an undergraduate degree classification.
