About the role
As a Marketing Brand Manager at Mars, you will be responsible for the leadership of our Dog Care and Treats Portfolio. This portfolio is a high growth jewel that we will look for you to accelerate.
You will feel real ownership of this business as you will cover all aspects of marketing from creation of the activation plan to local execution.
This role reports directly to the Portfolio Director.
Requirements
Ideally you’ll have experience in marketing (digital marketing, trade marketing, category management or sales are a plus) and the ability to be able to deal with a complex portfolio of brands facing different challenges. We look for someone with proven ability of turning data into insights, simplifying complex messages, creating an inspiring vision, developping strong relationships and someone with the ability to work in a large multi-layered organisation and drive consumer voice into business decisions.
