About the company

Scale and scope you need
KPMG in the UK is part of a global network of firms that offers Audit, Tax, Consulting and Deal Advisory services. Through the talent of over 13,500 colleagues, we bring our imagination and insight to our clients’ most critical challenges.

With offices across the UK, we work with everyone from small start-ups and individuals to major multinationals, in virtually every industry imaginable. Our work is often complex, yet our vision is simple: to be the clear choice in professional services – for our clients, for our people and for the communities we work in.

Inspiring you to be your best
Being part of KPMG means being part of a community of talented people. Our colleagues have incredibly diverse backgrounds and you’ll be encouraged to bring your own unique perspective. We’ll value your ideas, enthusiasm and curiosity.

You’ll also be encouraged to be innovative in your thinking. Rather than reacting to emerging trends, we anticipate them. Rather than being afraid of disruptive technologies, we embrace them. For example, we’re currently harnessing the power of artificial intelligence and predictive analytics to empower our clients like never before. It all adds up to an exciting environment.

About the role

Our Women in Deal Advisory Insight programme is aimed primarily at women who want to discover more about a career in Deal Advisory at KPMG.

In Deal Advisory we help our clients to buy, sell, fund, fix and partner with confidence, taking them from an initial idea right through to delivery. It’s all about blending our deep sector expertise with our execution skills, and working with teams from the wider firm to harness diverse thinking and help each client make the right decisions.

During this 3-day programme, you’ll have the opportunity to network with inspirational women from our Deal Advisory teams, gain an insight into the type of work they do and hear first-hand what working life is like as part of our inclusive teams at KPMG.

We’ll empower you to develop your commercial awareness and gain an understanding of the challenges businesses face across the deal and economic cycle. You’ll also build valuable skills you can use across everything you do in the future from making the best impact with new contacts, in meetings, and in interviews, to effectively navigating your early career and reaching your full potential.
