How to succeed with competency questions in interview

During an interview you are guaranteed to get some questions that ask you to explain your experience and competence in certain knowledge and skill areas. There are techniques you can use to explain your competence in a way that will help you score highly. During this session we will learn these techniques and discuss good and not so good examples to use.
