Telling Employers about your learning difficulty or disability- Yes or No

If you have a learning difficulty or disability then deciding if or when you might share this with an employer is challenging. “Will it affect my chances?” ” Will the employer abide by the law?” “Do they encourage disabled people to apply?”

In fact many graduate recruiters do have diversity strategies in place to encourage people with disabilities to apply. In this session you will learn about some of these strategies, understand your rights and look at when and how you might share this information about yourself should you wish to do so.
